The first thing I wanted to state was how friendly the staff was! Everyone had positive, friendly tones and made me feel welcome. I ordered the Nutella filled donut and a Honeydew boba. The Nutella donut was excellent, and I highly recommend. They truly fill the donut unlike some places that barely put any filling. The Honeydew boba was a good flavor. The boba was a little softer than I'm use to. I will be back :) Thank you for a great first time experience!

This little coffee shop has the best menu, great atmosphere and all their food items are made fresh at this location. Super friendly staff. The Cinnamon Peach Crisp Iced Latte brought me ultimate bliss and paired well with the Pastry Cream Donut which was soft and fluffy. Finding such a fresh donut in the afternoon is rare. This place is a hidden gem.

It is so nice when you find a true gem. This is just that. A small, comfortable place to sit and enjoy a great cup of coffee and some good desert/food. The location is off the main street so noise is not an issue. There is ample seating both under an awning as well as umbrellas. The menu has a wonderful selection of items to choses from. Both in drink and food items. The coffee is organic and very flavor full which is a HUGE plus. It has a wonderful and warm comfortable vibe to it. The staff is amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. But what makes it even better are the owners. Super friendly and dedicated to there business. They take an enormous amount of pride in what they do and the product that they put out. You will not go wrong by taking a moment to stop by and check this place out. We have been here several times already and now have it down as a regular go to on our list of local places to visit.

Amazing food and drinks. Totally worth coming here. I got the avocado toast and it's the best I've ever had anywhere. First time customers get free ballers so tell them you are first timer. Not sure how long they have done it or how long they will but it's worth a shot. I got the cinnamon sugar ones and they are to die for. The food and drinks are fantastic. Worth the trip to come out!

Online ordered here on 10/30 and got a tea and two of the donut holes. All were amazing. When we came to pick it up we were greeted by Blanca who gave us a friendly and warm welcome and chatted with us. I asked what her favorite refresher was and she told us and let us try it which was extremely nice of her! Will definitely be returning when we come to back Burbank.

I absolutely love this place! The team is always so friendly, and the atmosphere welcoming. Their iced coffee menu is incredible, so many flavors to choose from and every drink is refreshing and perfectly made. The pastries and treats are delicious too. This shop is a real treasure in our community.

I think I've found my new favorite coffee spot - even though they've been around for 4 years! Insane number of options for flavors, whether it's coffee or their Ballers (loukoumades, like a light, airy donut hole). I swear by the cold brew, tbh. And the staff??? The STAFF??? Smiley, energetic, FRIENDLY, and truly happy to be working at such an amazing spot. The owners go above and beyond. Absolute hidden gem in Burbank!!!

Customer Service is top notch. Very sweet girl took my order and made so many suggestions. I got a pumpkin dessert and their famous cinnamon balls warm. 😋 Extra star for giving me a coupon for future orders. That's how you get repeat customers 🥰

My wife and I were in the area and found Ballers & Brews off a Google search and we're so glad we did! Such a unique array of beverage and cold foam flavors that you can mix and match. I choose marshmallow-krispy treat latte with maple vanilla foam and it was exceptional. My wife ordered their seasonal Gingerbread Chai latte and that was great, too. Many of their coffees can be decaf as well upon request. Curious as to what exactly "ballers" were, we ordered the 8-count cinnamon honey ballers. They were not donut holes but a Greek cousin that's got a soft outer crunch and hot, gooey center. The owner, upon realizing it was our first visit, not only doubled the count, but gave us the ballers for free AND threw in a large chocolate chip cookie for free for good measure. So sweet. So kind. So though. So cute. So delicious. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe Ballers & Brew's food, drinks, and service! 100% will return. Can't reccomend this place enough!

Ballers & Brew is the best! The people who work there and owners are amazing. ❤️ The coffee is delicious. It’s next to a chain coffee shop and worth the two minute walk to this local favorite to elevate your coffee game. And the sweet treats *chefs kiss* love them. My favorites: cold brew with caramel cold foam, Nutella filled donut (I wish I could eat it every day), ballers with Nutella, my daughter loves a sprinkle donut or their cake pops, and my husband goes for the apple fritter or ballers with Oreos. Honestly, I’ve never had anything I didn’t like. This spot is a must try! (Btw: Use the app to get points!)
